To provide consistent costumer service in a IaC company
A company in Barcelona wanted to prevent their clients being confronted with unnecessary needs to re-invent the wheel using duplicated fraud code updates. They needed to have an established way for its collaborators to learn from each others mistakes. At the same time the use of asset management would provide them with an isolated environment of which all historical aspects in the life-cycle would be well known from an ITIL point of view. This was the first attempt to connect agile git projects to ITSM service delivery and maintenance.
Unfortunately the company had to back out of Jira eventually whilst though warned, the costs for Atlassian subscriptions where overwhelming compared to open source solutions. We would have loved to finish this challenging project but you cannot have them all.
