Opening up the M365 Business subscription incorporate Litop (19/20)

As one of the first I was able to allow a small, fast growing business to become a corporate business by using the extensive possibilities of M365 using it’s DNS registration, Exchange, connecting external mail and application servers and though all employees and externals (freelancers) were already working remote, using Sharepoint to define and visualize departments.

By connecting with one of their employees as a key-user and training her in an ‘internet technology’ bootcamp, it was a great way to get all stakeholders onboard with the changes. They moved from Zoom and Dropbox in a barely overseen situation, to making the first steps towards compliance and having security and data privacy officers on a level of overview. The company has grown fast and are happy with the first setup we made in Online collaboration.
